Why Choose SPPC for Massage Therapy?

Our therapists are not typical spa massage practitioners—they are highly trained professionals skilled in clinical techniques that address soft tissue dysfunction and enhance overall well-being. We focus on:

We focus on:

- Pain Relief and Recovery: Targeting soft tissue restrictions, scar tissue, and muscle tension to restore function and mobility.

- Health Optimization: Supporting circulation, flexibility, and muscle recovery to keep you feeling and performing at your best.

- Mind-Body Wellness: Reducing stress, improving sleep, and promoting a sense of relaxation and balance.

Whether you’re an athlete, a busy professional, or simply seeking better health, our massage therapy services are tailored to help you reach your goals.

Types of Massage Therapy We Offer

1. Swedish Massage

The foundation of relaxation massage, Swedish techniques focus on soothing muscle tension, improving circulation, and easing aches and pains.

2. Sports Massage

Ideal for athletes at every level, sports massage addresses muscle soreness, improves flexibility, and speeds recovery. Techniques are customized for pre-event, post-event, or rehabilitation needs.

3. Myofascial Release

This gentle yet powerful technique targets restrictions in the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles. Myofascial release improves mobility and reduces pain in areas affected by tension or adhesions.

4. Trigger Point Therapy

Focuses on relieving “knots” or hyper-irritable areas in muscles that cause pain and restrict movement. This targeted therapy helps restore function and reduce discomfort.

5. Dynamic Massage for Range of Motion

Combines deep strokes with active stretching to release scar tissue, improve flexibility, and restore range of motion. This technique is excellent for athletes and those recovering from injuries.

6. IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization)

Uses specialized tools to gently “scrape” away fascial adhesions and release deep muscle tension, improving tissue health and mobility.
